Dr. McGraw joined North County Radiology Medical Group in 2015. He is double board certified in Vascular & Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology. He graduated summa cum laude with his bachelor’s degree from Tufts University before going on to earn his MD from Dartmouth Medical School alongside his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. After an Internal Medicine Internship at Olive View UCLA Medical Center, he completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at UCLA Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He subsequently undertook a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the prestigious Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute.
Dr. McGraw’s clinical interests and expertise include: Interventional oncology and treatment of liver tumors with yttrium-90 (Y-90); ablation of liver, kidney, lung and bone tumors; radiofrequency ablation of the knee, hip, shoulder and spine nerves for pain control, as well as kyphoplasty for painful metastatic lesions and osteoporotic fractures; geniculate artery embolization for management of knee pain; treatment of various men/women’s health issues, including prostate artery embolization, uterine artery embolization and pelvic venous congestion, as well as diagnosis and treatment of myriad other arterial and venous diseases. He appreciates the complexity and uniqueness of each patient and is dedicated to empowering patients and their families to become knowledgeable, active participants in their care.
A former football player who is never still for long, he enjoys biking, hiking, swimming, snowboarding, traveling, and other adventures with his family. He is also an aspiring but, sadly, still novice chef and Spanish speaker.
