Dr. Nasiri is a double board certified Vascular & Interventional Radiologist as well as Diagnostic Radiologist with extensive expertise in complex minimally invasive endovascular procedures. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California Los Angeles and graduated with Magna Cum Laude. Subsequently, he obtained a master’s degree at UCLA in physiological sciences. Dr. Nasiri attended the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Finally, he completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute, where he underwent vigorous and extensive training for treatment of complex arterial and venous diseases using advanced endovascular techniques.
Dr. Nasiri is a native of Southern California and is fluent in both English and Farsi. His clinical interests and expertise include, peripheral vascular disease, venous insufficiencies, treatment of venous and arterial thrombosis using advanced endovascular techniques, interventional oncology, embolization, trauma and hemorrhage management, IVC filter removals and placements as well as non-vascular interventions including pain management procedures such as vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, ablations, and injections.
