Dr. Shabrang joined North County Radiology in 2018. He holds a dual certificate in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology from the American Board of Radiology. He received his Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland. Ohio. Following a clinical internship at the Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in Grand Rapids, he went on to complete his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Shabrang then completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Dotter Interventional Institute at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon.

His clinical interests include treatment of peripheral artery disease, pulmonary embolism/deep vein thrombosis management, minimally invasive cancer therapy, and endovascular interventions for acute stroke. In his free time, Dr. Shabrang enjoys staying active, traveling, watching soccer, and spending time with his family.
